This Is Insane What Happened

Well, this is true, you won't think what just occurred. I was driving down the street when all of a sudden this giant bird came out of nowhere. It was wearing a tiny hat! I'm not kidding. Then it ran away for a moment, disappeared into thin air. I am so confused by what I just experienced.
